How to Use Next and Previous for string Datatype

Question

Hi folks,


I have CustId field Having Id like 001,002...and so on.Used Datatype as Varchar.Now I want to show Next and Previous Record on the basic of Cust Id . and when i Used Int it works Fine.but need to Used Varchar how i Used it.
