How to use OCR Scanner Software in C# Programming Language

Hello Friends I have one problem .I am working in one project which is based on C# and ASP.Net My problem is that i want to scan case Sheet by scanner and display the information of this case sheet on web form .I want to also store information in Text formate in Database .How to do?
