Hi Devendra I'm explaining asp.net implementation: Step 1: Create a new web form IPNHandler.aspx in your .net web application. Step 2: Set the IPN URL in your paypal account to http://yoursite.com/IPNHandler.aspx Step 3: On the IPNHandler.aspx.cs page write down the code to capture the Query string parameters.
