Did you check any online examples of pivot and have tried converting your data accordingly? I suggest you do that. And if you have already then please let us know at what precise point you are stuck. Also please provide all relevant details. For example it is not possible that you will only have one date column and have it pivoted. If there are more / other columns involved please mention. You should also mention from where did 1 2 3 4 and 5 came? Are they the day part of the date? Is that what is expected?
