How to use silverlight in vs 2008

        I am new to silver light.How to use silver light controls in VS 2008 web application.

I find reporting services by going to the start menu, then Microsoft SQL Server 2005, then SQL Server Business Intelligence Development Studio.  Once it opens select File, New Project, and you should have selctions for Report Server*.  Choose one and Visual Studio should open.  I hope this helps as I know how frustrating this can be, been there.
