How To Use smileys in SMS

hi i am developing c# Application for sending SMS using AT Command how to send smileys in SMS ? Anyone know ?

You do not and you cannot send smileys in the SMS. SMS is just meant for the text messages for sending images icons or audio video related data you use the MMS not SMS. What you might be thinking of is the smiley of :-) to be sent and on the other hand it would be converted to a smiley for a smile. That is a mobile-phone based function generally only the text is sent the mobile phone changes that text to a graphical notation of the smiley that is because some mobiles do not support the graphical notation and they won't be able to show anything at all other than an inverted-question-mark for showing the character not supported thing.
