How to use stopwatch?

I have corrected my question. I want to use stopwatch in a Label, when form loads. and stop it by clicking a Button. Please guide me?

hii take a updatepanel, put label and timer and a button on that, and on timer click event, show the time on label, also on button click event check the status of timer and if it is enabled then disable and vice versa..
