I can offer you another solution. It's just an idea but i hope it can be useful for you if you want to take a snapshot. There is a sample program for snapshot capturing you can download and try it to capture your camera's picture. Besides that there is an instruction which discribe how can you capture the camera's picture: http://www.camera-sdk.com/p_53-how-to-record-from-multiple-cameras-simultaneously-onvif.html I hope it will be usefull for you.
