how to user Microsoft.Office.Interop.Excel dll in webservice

Question

When I am using Microsoft.office.interop.excel or Microsoft.office.interop.word dlls in my web service before hosting it is working fine...
when ever after hosted the web service in IIS web server the dlls are not supported

Actually I am counting the no.of pages of a file whether it is word or excel file not for an automation... Is there any other IDEA???

It will create problem in IIS because Microsoft does not support Automation. U can use third party control
