how to validate indise gridview records?

Dear all iam have a look on bellow screen in the abow screen in current openings column every recruiter having upto 10 recruitements only how to vaidate the one column inside gridview please suggest me

Hi Bhagat In your question have not define what type of validation you want. if You want only allowed 10 records as per opening column. you can try on RowDataBound event when you get a data from sql server. Add a some special character like @ or any you want. Your current opening data in simple query like 29-iso developer@@30 you can split simple with the help of @@ special character. Run one for loop and get it if records up to 10 then show some message as you want. I hope you understand what i'm say.
