Normally you need to define a TemplateField and under that ItemTemplates for a customized view but not limited to. It's a full tutorial and can't fit in a forum reply. More over to find a control inside a GridViewCell use FindControl() of DataGridRow. GridView can highly customized. So 1 or 2 example can't cover it's scope and there's no shortcut.
