how to work with disconnected architecture using data set

Question

hi i m really confused about using dataset. my requirement is this that i have a gridview on the form. on form load i show all the records from a particular table to datagrid. now i want to change the records only in dataset and i want that chnges to be visible on gridview. if i want to reject changes which i made to that data set then those changes should also disappear from gridview.please can any one help me in this regard.
