How to write C# code for upload a video file

Hello sir i am trying to write C# code for uploading video file but it is not working. i was trying it for 1 week but there is nothing change . so please answer my question as soon as possible.

if you are using file upload control : fileupload control default file size is 4mb if you upload more than 4mb it will not take that . so you have to change it in web.config within tag add the below code you can increase or decrease the maxRequestLength according to your requirement if it is not the error please provide in which line you are getting which exception.
