How to write code based on the following logic?

Mode-Mode Manager-LSH(Logic State handler)-2 hours

Display-Graphics Design-GDT-2 hours

Display-Graphics Design-Altia-2 hours

CD-CD Browse-CD browse Presentation-2 hours

CD-CD Basics-CD basic connectivity logics(play time,eject,load,error handle,pause,play,scan,repeat,shuffle)-2 hours

This is how i am writing into a text file at run time but i am not sure how the allignment can be done. I want to see the all the 2 hours text in the same place in all the lines. I am writing one word after the other. - indicates that they are separate words. For any further details please post in return.

I am not sure I understand your question. If I do then the answer might not be how you create the file; it might be how you show the file. You say how i am writing but you show no code; just data as far as I can see. Do you mean that the data is what you write? Perhaps you can use tabs to separate the words but your description is not clear enough for me to be sure. Do you understand how tabs work?
