Actually the question has been asked in relation to SQL Server rather than C# so the answer will be: SELECT DATEADD(day -90 DATEADD(year -1 GETDATE()))

If you mean that you want to show the date using format 01 (i.e. MM/DD/YY) then I'd try: SELECT CONVERT(VARCHAR(8) DATEADD(day -90 DATEADD(year -1 GETDATE())) 1) AS [MM/DD/YY]
