How to write framework linq query in View Model

Hi.I am new to Wpf and Linq i need to write linq query in view model. sql query is: Select Value from SystemConstants above statement i want to write using linq with out using id please provide answer

I am using var result = (from t in S ystemConstants select t.value).ToList(); i got error like this Severity Code Description Project File Line Suppression State Error CS1061 'SystemConstant' does not contain a definition for 'value' and no extension method 'value' accepting a first argument of type 'SystemConstant' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?) Hey kavya, with linq to sql, var result = (from t in S ystemConstants select t.value).ToList(); with lambda, var result = S ystemConstants.Select(d=>d.Value).ToList(); I hope this is what you wanted. Plz mark it as answered if this solves your query, or you can ping me,
