For Example::::

but i want http://localhost/1245/sample
AND
vinod---->http://localhost/sample/vinod.aspx
but i want http://localhost/1245/sample/vinod

Ok Don't worry about the URl Rewrite. first of all you need the one small Rewrite software download you can hit this link for download click here . Another work is make the Rule for rewrite and paste in the webconfig like this type. http://localhost/1245/sample.aspx /> http://localhost/1245/sample /> I hope bit solve your problem.
