how to zoom image in picture in win form

If I could think of a really good idea for a project I'd be writing it myself :) The best advice I can give you is to write an application about something which really interests you. For example if you like cricket write a simulation of a cricket game. That'll help you to work through the problems you'll inevitably experience.

Well what you're doing here with the PictureBox would suggest some sort of image viewer application where the user could load his/her pictures (using an OpenFileDialog say) and then magnify a certain part of the image to examine it more closely.
