So you could keep your InstallerSetup.exe on a specified URL and when user clicks the LinkLabel it will go to that link and prompts user to run the InstallerSetup

I am not clear what you want to do after clicking Link Label Generally Link label let the user go to a URL in a web browser when user clicks the linklabel
