how user can findout the geo location?

im creating a app, its a restorant based app, when user open the app then few near restorants has to be shown  based on user location...  those register is registered in my app,  so here im not getting how to achive geo location ... when user open the app , if possible send me the code or any website link existing the same information. im using backend as php and mysql......

I am not sure what aspspider allows you to do. Normally you would write a program that executes as an ASP application in the host (aspspider), not in client computers. If aspspider allows remote connectins then you might not need to use WCF.
