html pagein aspx page ,need suggestions and help

Hai All,
        thanks for u r help and support...now i m facing small problem.in my home page there is block for blogs update ... as we know when admin login and clicks edit or update the content will update  .in this case i m totally struck in suggestions..how can we achieve this without using content management tools...
