I need to upload file from my wpf application to server with its file name and some related data need to send using httpclient but i truble to do this please help anyone

i have to send file to server for storing the files into db using mvc webapi for that i need to send httprequest with my files and its authentication it mens username through url using httpclient from my wpf application
