HttpWebResponse by WebService

Question

Hello. I'm trying to use HttpWebResponse and getting the following exception: "The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send" and following Inner Exception: "Authentication failed because the remote party has closed the transport stream". The application is web service. trying to send this request not by the web service (regular windows application) worked fine. Could it be some IIS configuration? Thanks.
