I am trained fresher regarding MS.net

Question

I can handle any kind of designing and coding also when did i attend my interviews those are completed successfully but they put hold my resume and they said simply i will call you later or you are prepared for system test but i did not get any call from that company up to now i attend 10 to 15 interviews how to can i manage those problems please advise me sir

First - Stop judging yourself! In my 6 years of career i haven't met a programmer who can handle any kind of coding. There is very minor line between confidence and over-confidence and interviewers are very good in identifying it.. Second - Have patients - 10-15 interviews are nothings I have seen people giving this much of interviews in a day. One thing i can suggest you is - ask interviewer about you feedback after the interview collect all the feedback and analyse them. Remember - There are many unlucky companies in the world you just need to find one lucky company which can have you.. To help others please mark the answer as accepted if it solves the purpose
