I am unable to Install Newtonsoft.Json 10.0.3 via NuGet

Question

I am unable to Install Newtonsoft.Json 10.0.3 via NuGet in VS 2015 (Package Source: nuget.org)

Error:An error occurred while downloading package 'Newtonsoft.Json 10.0.3' from source 'https://www.nuget.org/api/v2/'.

I tried changes the Package source but the issue exists.

Please let me know if anyone has the fix for this
