I cant create a blog

apologize me if I may writing this question for right place and kindly redirect me to correct path.

 

I have tried to create a blog post in C# corner and it not allow me to go any progress where I don't even see any failed massage.

 

why does C# corner not allows to create a new post for me and even I cant see any error.

I hope you are not following the proper steps to navigate to the blog post On top right side of the page ,you can see Contribute option , hover on it and click "A blog" Then you can start writing blog , and click on finish now ,but blog should contain 300 words.

 you don't have points to post blog......
