Selvi you are trying to convert a Varchar Type into an Integer Type because of which you are getting this error. Check out your procedure and the parameter data types and also check your code in which type are you passing the parameter... There is some problem due to passing incorrect parameter type.

Hi This type of error comes when you are trying to convert string value into integer type. So check your code so that both the sides must be of same type. e.g. int studentID = int.Parse(Session[StudentID].ToString()); This is correct but if you write int studentID = Session[StudentID].ToString(); This is incorrect. Hope it will help.
