i m getting error as server error in my application

my error is

Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {00024500-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80070005.

i searched in website.. i dint solve this error..
when i run in visual studio i m not getting this error.. when run through IIS 8 shows error.. i m using windows 8..

hi.. in solution 2 when i open DCOM Confog that does not contain microsoft excel application.. in solution 1.. where should i add xlapp.quit()?

Hi nayak May be you have problem related to permissionso for that do this... Solution 1) NETWORK SERVICES locks the excel file the moment it is created and this creates opening and deleting the excel file impossible. you have to add this for it.. xlapp.quit() solves the problem of the file being locked.
