I need a time estimate for an Application?

Hi In general how much would you allocated for a developer (Intermediate) to develop an simple CRUD application Assume An Employee Leave application form if it's a competition to check the development time? (The max time is 12 Hrs) TY in Advance

well it kinda depends on the CRUD complexity but with automatic CRUD utils it can take seconds to minutes and writing it by hand would be around 2-4 hours. the application form you described should take in max 1 hour. since you need to only implement a change on the User Status to disabled which is a single update CRUD command or a delete User CRUD Command both should take no more then 1 hour in my eyes
