First of all I think the category of this question wrong. It should be Career advice. Second I don't understand what do you mean by MS in SQL? Did you mean MCP or some microsoft certification? or did you just mean Microsoft SQL Server? SQL is the Structured Query Langugage for working with RDBMS. Microsoft's RDBMS is MS SQL Server and Microsoft's SQL implementation is called Transact SQL or T-SQL in short.
