i try this it is not working in start time 9.00AM in end time time 10.30 am in total time show 12.30 am

Typically total time means a period of time such as 2 hours so there is not a AM or PM. If the start time is 9 in the morning and the end time is 10:30 in the same morning then that is 1.5 hours. So the question is very confusing.
