I do not refer to reports. I refer to the document itself where write: number customer .... and you save these in database. With Visual Studio 2010 ... tools takes long time to do documents. For example a document ( orders ) must to work several hours( more 5 hours) perhaps one day. And for a big applications several weeks. I want a framework - RAD then ERP applications I can to do fast.

There are several tools and Visual Studio 2010 is one of the most popular. You can also use free tools like MonoDevelop. To create documents like Orders Customers I think you mean creating reports (PDF Doc Excel). You can use one of these tools to create reports as well. Let us know if you need more details.
