Hi Shivanand You can store your survey question in the database and then display it on webpage in data grid view OR by dynamically generating the controls for the survey form. Its structure completely depends on your requirements. If your survey is huge and its going to be used for long period then you will have to design it properly i.e. you will have to generate survey forms dynamically. Thanks Prasad
