i have a multiple table in oracle database .now i want to create wcf services for  insert,update or save command

so how to do this please explain me step by step.

as you are a dotnet developer and you know c# or F# then for you the best choice wold be xamarin.

microsoft says if you can do in android studio(java) that all are possible in xamarin

if you want fully android, then go for xamari.Android there you can do everything which is there in androd studio
