This question is off-topic this category is for suggestions and feedback. Please use an appropriate category next time. A feedback page or discussion page is a simple database backed page. The database contains tables such as Feedback and the feedback has multiple replies. A reply is again a record in the Replies table. So all of these are just the records in the database that are presented using HTML and CSS on the browser. You can use SQL Server MySQL Azure SQL and any other database that you want. All you need is to create tables using that and then get the data from those tables. You can get a feedback record to show one feedback and then fetch the replies for that feedback (assign and use feedbackid from the tables). This way you will be able to create your own feedback section on the website.
