Are you trying to send query string to multi leveling(for e.g. navigate from current page to first page with querystring and then to the second page with the same string from the first page) Well you can use the same string.. just fetch the value of query string in page load event of first page and add it to the URL's of other pages in the same event or set it to any page variable and then pass it to second page.
