i want to Remove date /YYYY/MM/DD/ from URL

Hi I want to remove date like so /yyyy/mm/dd/ in that url www.mysite.it/post/2017/03/21/how-find-solution and became so www.mysite.it/post/how-find-solution Can you help me? Thanks Fabrizio

Yes Ramesh date is always in the same location (after post/) and always so yyyy/mm/dd I must to check if URL contains also /post/ not only date! I hope you understand!! Thankss
