I would like to connect time device ET 630 in my asp.net C#

Question

  I would like to connect time device in my asp.net web application using  usb and  ip address .

 I registered the EdotSDK.dll and reference the dll but I cannot connect the device and device function don't work in  my code.How can you suggest me?
