in script tag only iam writren this code  LanguageSettings( Svalue  Evalue ) this function iam calling from some button click.inside script tag iam writing this @utl.Encode(Evalue)but iam not able to access Evalue it showing in current context Evalue is not available.

are MenuType is same as where you want to acess. ? what technoloy are you using mvc then use jquery ajax and asp.net then use handler
