Hello How to identify client in ASP.NET without logged in?ExactlyIn my webform users will add items to shopping basket.And every time when client visits page I I need to remember him his shopping orders.how to do?

You would need to write your own code and that would take a lot of time. Easy way would be always store a cookie. Read this guide to learn how to do so.

YesSo I wanted to learn the ways.There will be dynamic IP client machines too.And another ways?

You would need to keep a cookie always stored in their machine. This way even if you log out you can track them... But remember this is very bad implementation. Never do this! Users must be respected for their privacy.
