IDENTITY_INSERT is set to OFF

How can I fix this error? Cannot insert explicit value for identity column in table 'register' when IDENTITY_INSERT is set to OFF.

I think you have created a identity coulmn but you want to store value in that column its not possible it will be insert value atomaticaly .
