IE 8 Style Sheet Issue - With Ip and With DNS name ?

Question

we have style sheet for dropdown. When you browse the application from IE 8 browser with IP address, the style sheet applied. But when you browse with some DNS name, style sheet is not applied for dropdwon in IE 8 browser.

For eg. http://10.234.24.35/apps/ --- Dropdown style applied in IE 8 browser

but in the case of http://abc.cc.com/apps/ --- Dropdown style not applied in IE 8 browser

Any solution ?

Might be because of css getting cached. Try to remove temporary files from server and then directly open with domain name. Same problem occurred with my application also after clearing cache it works.
