Image BInd into database and auto refresh to change image

Question

How to Change image in refresh the page can automatic with dynamic.

 

Ex : Bind The Image using Datalist and repeted columns in 3 and paging in 6.

 

Then After Can page are refresh can change this 6 image .

 

Can you help plz.
