Image is not placed properly

Hi Image is not placing properly I have a div with height and width as 302*302then I want to place the imagewhatever the image size should be(eg:-1024*768250*250) The image must viewed completely in that div. I had tried butI can't. Plz help me

Hi Here the div size is 302*302 it can't be change. Imagine that when we upload the file taking the image 1024*768 then it should be automatically resized in code behind and it will show as 302*302. Plz help me.

If you want to show the image to the any control assigning of image path will show the image as it is. But when you fix the height and width to the control then it may be small image still it will show the image as width and height specified. Quality and stretch will be there. If you have a big size image and show it as width and height specified then again quality will e problem. If you want to show the original image as it is then do not set any height and width to the control.
