You can try to use an OCR engine which extracts the text from an image. Rgds.

So you want to build an utility that is able to read text from image? You'd better start searching for some ready implementation for that kind of operations since i can only imagine how hard that would be. Converting text to bitmap is easier job: create Bitmap object create Graphics object from bitmap and then draw string to the graphics using DrawString method. You also need to define a brush or pen to draw to graphics object.
