Image to video convertion in C#

Question

Urgent 

How to convert the set of images in to  video .

suppose if we have given a   set of images (10 images)   then we have to keep them in order by find the image differnece and if any of the images has large difference then that images has to deleted.

After image ordering  we have co convert them into  video.

I have tryed but i am unable to  do it .
