import contact from yahoo hotmail and gmail

i want to import contact into my site fromm yahoo, hotmail,and gmail. i read a lot of articles but cant find any solution . there is a google api which can b used to import contacts . i used it and it works. now i want to get contacts of remainings. is there any open source api available for all. i see a api but it is of cost. can i get some free api.
