importing data

Question

i have two tables using gridview i have display those two tables data .... what is my question is in 1st table contain 4 rows second table contain 2 rows my question is i want import 3rd row of first table into second column how it could be

You can use DataTable.ImportRow() method to import a datarow one datatable to another datatable. DataRow drTemp = dt1.Rows[4]; dt2.ImportRow(drTemp); dt2.AcceptChanges(); dataGridView2.DataSource = dt2; dataGridView2.Refresh(); I have attached sample also. Basically you need to identify the which rows you want to import.

for selecting purpose every row contain one check box will be there if i checked what i want and click the button that should be imported to another table

Can you please explain how many you're selecting form table1 and table2 ? Do you want to combine rows in these two tables? Please post more information to get it resolved quickly.
