Importing Tables

Question

What is the best way to import and export a single SQL Server table to another instance of SQL Server? TSV, CSV Text files works well for the smaller tables, but not so much for the larger ones. I cannot backup the entire database due to environment.

My larger tables have between 2 mil and 6 mil rows. These tables can be exported easily to CSV flat files using the Import/Export Wizard but I can't import them SSMS stops responding when I try. What is a good way to import data from these flat files? Or What is an easy way to accomplish this? I am forbidden from backing up the entire database I can only import/export the tables.

hi I'm not sure how big is your table but mine is just like 4 millions. I use SQL Server Integration Service ( SSIS). Thanks Bryian Tan
