Improving Skills in windows forms using c#

I am having quiet difficulty in learning windows forms though i have learnt c# quiet soundly.

I want to know some websites names or any pdf links or any things that can help my developing skills far better.

I am mainly having problem at very time in data grid view as i am not able to link it with database i have created .
